We are pleased that you are interested in having
your stock photography represented by Odyssey Productions. We
assume that you have been browsing our website and have discovered
the quality of images and the subjects that we represent. If you
feel that your work can contribute to our collections then please
take a few minutes to fill in and return this questionnaire to
us. Your answers will help us to know more about you and your
work, and to see if there is a "fit" between the two of us. Print
out the questionnaire, fill it in and either mail it or fax it
to us at 773-883-0929.
Do not submit original photography to Odyssey. We are only accepting
digital submissions. If you have images on a website send us the
URL and we will review your images. After receiving your Questionaire
we might request that you send additional digital images via DVD
or portable hard drive for a further review. Odyssey accepts neither
responsibility nor liability for any materials submitted to Odyssey
for examination.
