It is illegal to use any portion of our images as reference or basis for another photograph, illustration or derivative work in any form.

Permitted Usage
Comp Use: Odyssey Productions grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to copy the Images you have selected onto your computer hard drive and to use the image(s) and any derivative works or copies (collectively, the "Image(s)") on a comping basis only. The images may only be copied, modified and incorporated in materials for sample use including comprehensive layouts ("comp use"); all comp use must be internal to the end user or limited to the agency/client relationship where the end user is the client and the agency is acting on its client's behalf in comping. The Images may not be used in any production materials or final materials distributed internally or to the public or for external research such as focus groups and test marketing. All other rights are reserved to Odyssey Productions. You must contact Odyssey Productions to obtain a license for all external and final uses and for any additional use(s). Other than the above Comp Use, Images may not be used in any way, until an invoice specifying User's right to use same is paid in full.

Additional Use
Only effective upon our receipt of your payment, Odyssey Productions grants you the non-exclusive right to use the Images according to the rights you have selected and paid for. The Image(s) is/are strictly limited to the specific use, medium, period of time, print run, placement, size of image, territory and any other restrictions specified in our "Invoice & Copyright License." [Use hotlink here so user can view.] The terms specified on the "Invoice & Copyright License" shall not be modified without the express written consent of Odyssey Productions. Any attempted deviation from the terms of our Use License/Invoice is a violation of this agreement as well as the U.S. Copyright Act and the copyright laws of all countries under international treaties of the U.S.A. You shall not undertake any expanded use of the Image(s) without the prior approval of Odyssey Productions and payment and receipt of any additional use fees required by Odyssey Productions for such expanded use.

Restrictions as to Use
The following uses are prohibited:
Use of the Image beyond the terms of the limited license agreement without first obtaining an additional license in writing from Odyssey Productions, including any electronic reproduction or advertising or promotional rights.
Creation of any derivative work(s) based on all or any part of an Image unless indicated on the invoice, including composites.
Use of the Image in a manner that is defamatory, pornographic or obscene, whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with specific subject matter.
Use of the Image in any way that violates a depicted person's right of privacy or publicity, or to infringe on any trade name, trademark or service mark or logo.
Use of the Image for any sensitive use, including in connection with alcohol, tobacco, drugs, disease, medical treatments or devices, sexual activity or criminal activity.
Archive, republish or transmit any images alone or as part of any database without Odyssey Productions prior written consent.
Copy or publish any of the Images to a network or bulletin board, or otherwise distribute or allow any of the Images to be distributed to or used by anyone other than the authorized users, without prior written consent from Odyssey Productions.
Sublicense, re-license , rent or lease or otherwise distribute any of the Images.

This website and its content are provided "as is". Odyssey Productions makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: the implied warranties of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. Odyssey Productions does not warrant that the functions contained in the website will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Odyssey Productions does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of or result of the use of the website content on this website in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise.
